Q. Do you accept direct payment or bill my insurance company for medical supplies?
A. No, we are a direct pay company, and will generally finalize payment before prior to shipment.


Q: How do I set up an account with WizArk Medical?
A: To establish an account, simply fill in your order request. You will enter your billing and shipping addresses and other required information. You will have access to your order history and can place orders securely 24/7.
Q. Can I place and order by phone or by Mail?
A: Yes, both forms of orders are possible. By phone please call 980-888-8011 for further information.


Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Generally, all orders are delivered in 2-3 business days. However, orders placed before 2:00 PM EST usually ship the same business day and orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will usually ship the next business day. Please contact us directly for express rates at or call 980-888-8011.
Q. Who pays for the shipping cost of my order?
A. Usually the cost for shipment is incurred by the buyer.
Q. Do you Ship Internationally?
A. Yes, we do ship internationally but shipping cost is based on the location and weight.
Q. How do I track my order?
A. Tracking numbers will be sent to the e-mail address you provided to us during your registration and on file. If you are using a spam blocking service please remember to add to a safe list, so that you may receive your order confirmation, order status and tracking information.


Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, Discover Card, Master Card and visa and cash ( in person only). We also accept checks, Money Orders , Wire Transfers, International Bank Wire Transfers, as well as Letters of Credit.


Q. How do I return a Product?
A. Before returning any item, please contact us at 1-980-888-8011 for RA number. At the time of issue of the RA number, our customer service representative will also give you the address of our returns department.
Q. Is there a time limit on returns?
A. There may be time limits or other restrictions set forth by the manufacturer of the item purchased. Please do contact us to discuss your return as soon as possible. Unless sent in error by WizArk Medical, customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please read our return policy here.

It is expected that all returns must have a return authorization number (RA). Returns without a RA number will NOT be accepted. You can receive your RA number simply by calling our customer service at: 980-888-8011 between 10:00 AM and 5:30 PM EST Monday to Friday.

Eligible products must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Product(s) must be in new, fit to be offered-for-sale condition without evidence of opened or broken safety seals .

All parts and accessories must be included and in original packaging.

Note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of returning shipped for free orders, we will deduct the original outbound shipping costs from your refund upon receipt.

Restocking fee may apply to return orders and WizArk Medical will not be held responsible for any restocking fees assessed by manufacturers on returned items.

However, if your return is the result of a defective product or shipping error, WizArk Medical will rectify the issue promptly, please contact us as soon as this is identified.

Note that some items by their nature are simply non-returnable and this indication will be noted in their description.
